# PiP Cue

> A free Chrome extension that turns any web video into a learning tool: floating Picture-in-Picture, live captions, full transcripts with translation to 100+ languages, A-B loop for practice, timestamped bookmarks, and one-click handoff to NotebookLM.

PiP Cue works on YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, lecture platforms, news sites, and any page with an HTML5 video player. It runs entirely in the user's browser — transcripts and bookmarks never touch a third-party server. Sign-in is optional and used only to sync saved videos across devices.
